Of the eight principles in the People Business, Principle #2 is absolutely critical and necessary as a next step in your quest to greatness. I want you to dream BIG when you DEFINE YOUR VISION AND MISSION.
In all my research, and throughout my career, I’ve learned that too many executives do not have a clear path to their own success. I want YOU to define your own Vision and then work out the steps to achieve your fullest potential.
