Principle #3 (Eight Principles for Excellence in the People Business)

A wonderful, good day to you, dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

Corporate culture has become a favorite topic of mine because of its importance to any organization. Throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to shape teams and business units to achieve the highest possible standards, resulting in exceptional overall results.

What do I mean by this somewhat overused term? A great corporate culture has people-oriented management; shared values that are consistent with the company’s vision and mission; and especially leaders and high visibility employees who live and demonstrate the culture consistently. These are professionals at every level who understand how to execute based on strategies and clear goals and are ready to adapt to a competitive and ever-changing business environment to further enhance market dominance.

As a key Executive or aspiring leader, you are watched by not only the employees but by the guests, shareholders, and stakeholders. You have the duty and responsibility to be an example at all times and in every situation. It takes a long time to create a company’s credibility and every day, YOU, as a top professional, have the opportunity and duty to elevate yourself and improve the organization’s leading position.

What are some winning aspects of your organization’s corporate culture and what can you further contribute to its overall success? Please comment or write to me at www.drhotelier.com (the link is in my contacts).
